<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windmill blade and a method for manufacturing the same, shortening the time for correction of malfunction and lamination work by suppressing manufacturing defect generation such as misalignment and crease of fiber when manufacturing the windmill blade with a spar cap interposed between the layers of an outer skin or in the inner side thereof. <P>SOLUTION: In this method for manufacturing the windmill blade with the spar cap as a main strength member for the blade interposed between the layers of the outer skin or in the inner side thereof, the spar cap is formed separately from the outer skin, and resin is impregnated while evacuating the spar cap under vacuum together with dry fibers and sandwich core materials for the layers of the outer skin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
