PURPOSE: A voltage regulator is provided to reduce a chip area by not using a test circuit. CONSTITUTION: A reference voltage circuit(103) outputs a reference voltage. A differential amplification circuit(104) compares the reference voltage and a voltage based on an output voltage. The differential amplification circuit controls a gate voltage of an output transistor(105).
