PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing an induction cooking pan using semi-solid pressurized casting with an inserted induction heat plate are provided to prevent the separation of an induction heat plate from the body of an induction cooking pan even in a long time use by pressing the induction heat plate to semi-solid molten metal. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an induction cooking pan using semi-solid pressurized casting with an inserted induction heat plate comprises the steps of: placing an induction heat plate(11) on the top of a pressing plate(31), which is elevated on the bottom of a mold(20) having a cavity(25), and injecting molten metal, cooling the molten metal into a semi-solid state in the mold, pressing the pressing plate upward with the semi-solid molten metal to remove pores between the molten metal and the induction heat plate, cooling the molten metal and opening the mold to eject an induction cooking pan body with the induction heat plate attached, and post-processing the induction cooking pan body.
