<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card issue system, issue module, its program, and issuing device capable of minimizing the changes in the processing procedures, even if the kind of IC card is changed. <P>SOLUTION: The IC card issue system 10 comprises a SAM card 20 used at the time of issue of the IC card 50, and an issuing device 30 for issuing the IC card 50 by utilizing the SAM card 20. The SAM card 20 has a command memory section 21 for memorizing a command for transaction of the issuing device 30, and a command transmission section 22 for reading out the command from the command memory section 21 in response to a request of the issuing device 30, and transmitting the command to the issuing device 30. The issuing device 30 has a command request section 31 for requesting a command to the SAM card 20, and a command processing section 32 for performing issue processing to the IC card 50 on the basis of the command transmitted from the command transmission section 22 of the SAM card 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
