A method and an apparatus for scheduling channel information feedback are provided to realize the feedback of multi-carrier channel information, wherein the method for feeding back channel information includes: a terminal performs channel information measurement on multiple downlink carriers; after receiving from a base station a trigger indication of channel information feedback, the terminal transmits the measured channel information of the corresponding downlink carriers to the base station according to the obtained downlink carrier set which needs to be measured and fed back.
