PURPOSE: An industrial rubber expansion joint is provided to prepare a joint installation space of a pipe without a joint, thereby later performing joint construction. CONSTITUTION: A pair of metal flanges is adhered between pipes(10). A first fixing unit is formed in a metal flange. A tie rod is installed in the first fixing unit. The tie rod absorbs displacement of a pipe according to fluid pressure in an inside of the pipes, a temperature change, or a pressure change of an outside. A second fixing unit(100) is formed between tie rods. A bolt hole(111) is opened in the second fixing unit. A controlling tie rod(200) is installed in the second fixing unit.
