PURPOSE: A water-saving apparatus using a foot valve is provided to stably hold a manipulation part by reinforcing a holding portion of the manipulation part and preventing the damage and abrasion of a holding sill when the opening of a valve unit is fixed. CONSTITUTION: A water-saving apparatus using a foot valve comprises a frame(100), a valve unit(110), a manipulation part(120), and a reinforcing part(130). A guide groove with a holding sill is formed in one side of the frame. The valve unit is coupled inside the frame to block the flow of water supplied from a cold water and hot water supply line. The manipulation part is connected to the valve unit after passing through the guide groove of the frame. The manipulation part controls the operation of the valve unit. The reinforcing part is rotatably coupled to one side of the frame. When the manipulation part is held on the holding sill to fix the opening of the valve unit according to the manipulation of a pedal, the reinforcing part reinforces a holding portion of the manipulation part.
