PURPOSE: A cold-and-hot water dispenser is provided to easily discharge leaked water to an outer side of a water dispenser when a water leakage is generated, thereby preventing contamination of an ambient environment. CONSTITUTION: A cold-and-hot water dispenser comprises a body(100), a seating unit(200), a finishing cap(300), a reservoir(400), and an auxiliary tank(500). The finishing cap finishes an opened lower part of the seating unit. A water guide pin(310) is formed so that a water container is joined to the finishing cap. The reservoir is joined to the lower part of the seating unit. The reservoir comprises a hot water hole(410) and a cold water hole(420). The auxiliary tank is connected to the reservoir to maintain a normal water level of the reservoir when water in the water container abnormally flows into the reservoir.
