PURPOSE: Topical anesthetizing method and apparatus using Oriental medicine are provided to block the flow of neurotransmitters around the infected area using the low frequency electric current in the specific frequency. CONSTITUTION: A topical anesthetizing method using Oriental medicine comprises the following steps: arranging plural electrodes(40) produced with a conductive material around the infected area; flowing the low frequency electric current in the frequency of 50-250Hz to the electrodes; supplying the weak current stimulus to the infected area for focusing neurotransmitters around the electrodes; and blocking the flow of neurotransmitters around the infected area.
