<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key confinement prevention unit capable of effectively preventing key confinement by making a detection area of an in-cabin antenna properly variable. <P>SOLUTION: This key confinement prevention unit forms a key detection area by using an electric wave transmitted from an antenna, and prevents a key confinement state in which a door is locked as a key is left in a cabin. The antenna includes the in-cabin antenna which forms the detection area in the cabin. When prescribed operations such as continuous locking operations performed a predetermined number of times or above are detected, the detection area of the in-cabin antenna is extended by increasing the output of the electric wave transmitted from the in-cabin antenna and/or increasing the number of the in-cabin antennae for use. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
