摘要 <p>PURPOSE: An organic light-emitting diode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve performance of an element by forming nano clay of nano meter scale thickness or a graphite oxide multi-layer on a hole injection layer and optimizing concentration of an electron and an electric hole. CONSTITUTION: An anode(2) is formed on a substrate(1). A hole injection layer(3) is formed on the anode. The hole injection layer comprises polyethylenedioxythiophene. A protective layer(13) is formed on the hole injection layer. The thickness of the protective layer is less than or equal to 15nm. A luminescent polymer layer(4) is formed on the protective layer. A cathode(6) is formed on the luminescent polymer layer.</p>
