<p>PURPOSE: An active matrix display device and a driving method thereof are provided to reduce power consumption by decreasing the number of elements or lines for pixels. CONSTITUTION: A first terminal of a third transistor(111) is connected to a first terminal of a second transistor(110). A first terminal of a fourth transistor(112) is connected to the first terminal of the third transistor. The gate terminal of the fourth transistor is connected to a second terminal of the second transistor. A first terminal of a fifth transistor(113) is connected to a second terminal of the fourth transistor and a first terminal of a first transistor(109). A first terminal of a sixth transistor(114) is connected to a second terminal of the fifth transistor. A first terminal of a capacitor(108) is connected the gate terminal of the fourth transistor. A second transistor of the capacitor is connected to the first terminal of the sixth transistor. A first terminal of a display device(107) is connected to the second terminal of the fifth transistor.</p> |
