摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing (100)[0vw] non-oriented electrical steel sheets with excellent magnetic properties is provided to easily obtain orientation of crystals within a short time by heat-treating a steel sheet in a reducing gas atmosphere. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing (100)[0vw] non-oriented electrical steel sheets with excellent magnetic properties comprises the steps of: hot-rolling, pickling, and cold-rolling a slab, which comprises C of 0-0.005wt.%, Si of 2-4wt.%, Mn of 0.05-1.0wt.%, S of 0.0001-0.035wt.%, Al of 0-0.20wt.%, P of 0-0.2wt.%, N of 0-0.003wt.%, and Fe and inevitable impurities of the remaining amount, firstly annealing the cold-rolled steel sheet in a first-stage annealing furnace, and secondly annealing the steel sheet in a second-stage annealing furnace at a temperature of 1150-1370°C higher than that of the first-stage annealing furnace. y and x, the average grain size and thickness of the annealed sheet, satisfy y≥2.2x+0.1(mm) if the content of S is less than 0.007wt.% and y≥1.48x+0.04(mm) if the content of S is equal to or greater than 0.007wt.%.
