PURPOSE: A color converting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the amount of using fluorescent substances by quantum particles which emit light. CONSTITUTION: A dichroic layer(302) reflects a wavelength band of light(320) generated by a light emitting layer(301). Reflecting layers(303) are formed on a side of the light emitting layer and a side of the dichroic layer. A transparent layer(304) is formed in the light emitting layer. The transparent layer has a microlens array or transparent uneven structures. |
