PURPOSE: A backlight assembly and a display device with the same are provided to adjust an interval between a light source and a light guide plate. CONSTITUTION: A light source module(120) comprises a plurality of light sources(121), a light source support substrate(123), and an extrusion bar(125). The light sources face a light incoming surface of a light guide plate(110). The extrusion bar comprises a first frame and a second frame. An interval adjusting member(140) separates the light source module from a sidewall of a receiving vessel(130) in a first direction(D1). |
