<p>PURPOSE: A component panel handler for handling component panels of various sizes is provided to handle, catch, and maintain a plurality of component panels of different sizes without interrupting or stopping operation of the component panel handler by changing device component panels. CONSTITUTION: A component panel handler(20) catches a 12-inch film frame(50a), an 8-inch film frame(50b), and a 6-inch film frame(50c). The component panel handler is combined with a displacement effector(30). The component panel handler includes one or more component panel capture elements(100) and one or more displacement arms(200). The component panel capture element is supported by or combined with the displacement arm. A location control device displaces the component panel capture element and sets the position of the component panel capture element.
