PURPOSE: A cold-and-hot water dispenser is provided to prevent damages caused by an over-expansion of a hot water tank by discharging steams of high temperatures generated when heating water with an air vent and a check valve. CONSTITUTION: A cold-and-hot water dispenser comprises a body, a seating unit(200), a finishing cap, a reservoir, a cold water tank(600), and a hot water tank(700). The finishing cap finishes the opened lower part of the seating unit. A water guide pin is formed in order that a water barrel(B) can be joined to. The reservoir is joined to the lower part of the seating unit. A hot water hole and a cold water hole are formed in the reservoir. The hot water tank is connected to the hot water hole. A discharging pipe(710) is installed in the hot water tank. An air bent(711) is formed in the discharging pipe. [Reference numerals] (AA) Normal water level line
