PURPOSE: A USB camera device is provided to easily implement a video call by connecting a USB camera device into an IP set-top box. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(117) synthesizes a video signal photographed by a camera module(111) with a video signal inputted from an STB(Set Top Box)(150) through a USB interface(119). The control unit transmits a synthesis signal to the STB through a USB interface. The control unit transmits the inputted voice signal to the STB through the USB interface. The STB transmits the voice signal and the video signal through the internet.
