PURPOSE: A digital cartoon content generating method using 3D reconfiguration is provided to automatically generate digital cartoon content based on video content and to naturally connect the generated digital cartoon content. CONSTITUTION: A digital comics contents generating unit detects voice data from an inputted video(S320). The apparatus detects a video frame corresponding to the detected voice data(S330). The apparatus generates a cartoon frame by processing of the detected video frame(S340). The apparatus converts the voice data into text data. The apparatus generates screen information with the synthesis of the cartoon frame(S350).
