<p>Hydroxy group containing/C-C double bond carrying alkoxylate compound (I) having oxy-propanol structural element (Ia) and/or propene-oxy structural element (Ib), is new. Hydroxy group containing/C-C double bond carrying alkoxylate compound (I) having oxy-propanol structural element of formula [-CH 2-CH(CH 2OH)-O-] (Ia) and/or the propene-oxy structural element of formula [-CH 2-C(=CH 2)-O-] (Ib), is new. (I) is of formula (A-O-[(CH 2-CHR-O-) n-(CH 2-CH(CH 2OH)-O-) m1-(CH 2-C(=CH 2)-O-) m2-(CH 2-CH(CH 3)-O-) o]-H). A : hydrogen or a group of an organic starting compound; R : H, halo, 2-18C alkyl or aromatic; either m 1, m 2 : 0-50; or m 1+m 2 : 2-50; n : 0-200; and o : 1-1000. Provided m 1is 2 or more than 2 when m 2is equal to zero. An independent claim is also included for preparing (I).</p> |
