FIELD: physics, acoustics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention mainly relates to loudspeaker devices and specifically to systems for obtaining the required beam pattern. The loudspeaker acoustic system with an adjustable beam pattern is a concave reflector which is in form of part of the surface of revolution of a quadric curve and a radiator mounted on a movable carriage on the axis of symmetry of the reflector. The carriage guide lies along the axis of symmetry of the reflector, and the radiator is a horn or dynamic loudspeaker.
