METHOD OF SURFACE ROUTING OF OIL AND GAS LINES THROUGH MOUNTAINOUS TERRAIN

FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of pipelines. Pipeline is supported by the posts fixed on the base. Supporting posts are fixed on the base by means of hinges oriented along the pipeline so that posts can be turned in the plane perpendicular to longitudinal axis of pipeline. On upper part of each post there fixed is detachable bandage with horizontally oriented bolted flange connection of lower and upper elements, which encloses the pipeline with minimum gap, and two steel wire ropes. Ropes are located symmetrically on both sides of pipeline with an inclination from it and fixed with their lower ends on the base. At that, height "h" of posts arranged along the pipeline is chosen depending on the relief of support surface on condition that there is minimum number of bends of pipeline in vertical plane. Closed ropes of single twisting with stiff core have been accepted as ropes. In lower part of posts there can be fixed stiffeners the planes of which are oriented along longitudinal axis of pipeline. ^ EFFECT: simpler design of supports for pipeline in conditions of mountainous terrain; reduction of metal consumption, time costs and labour capacity at routing and maintenance of pipeline. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg
