FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction reinforced concrete structures. To increase adhesion between reinforcements and concrete, load bearing capacity in compression, and fire resistance, rolled section reinforcements are rolled from tubular billets of alloyed steel "25ô2", "30Ñô2", "35ô" intended for reinforced concrete structures, and reef-like ledges are rolled on their surface.
