FIELD: textiles, paper. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing the loop lies in application of control marks indicating the place of location of the loop in the connecting seam on one of the sections of the connected parts processed by the technology, sewing the sections of the connected parts, leaving unsewed the area for the loop between the control marks, ironing outsizes to form a hole for a loop at the unsewed area, stitching around the connected parts with the part for stitching around, processed by the technology, indicating the place of location of the loop on the part of stitching around coinciding with the hole for the loop in the connecting seam, basting the loop on the part of stitching around and attaching of its edges with blind stitches to outsizes of the connecting seam on the area with the hole for the loop, ironing the loop. ^ EFFECT: ease of operating when buttoning-undoing and treatment of products with wet heat treatment because of the small number of layers of the material, technological effectiveness of the method of processing the loop due to a small amount of operations. ^ 5 dwg |
