FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Proposed engine comprises hollow housing, two pairs of vanes, levers and sun gears. Said two pairs of vanes divide housing chamber into four variable-volume chambers. Said levers are linked with vane shafts. Sun gears are engaged with appropriate lever for crank gear. Vane linkage is composed of two planetary trains arranged on chamber both ends. Planetary carriers are in permanent engagement. Every planetary train comprises one lever, con-rod and sun gear. Said sun gear has internal gearing with stationary external central gear. The number of teeth on central gear is twice the number of sun gear.
