FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of filled polymer polyamide-based compositions and can be used for manufacturing by casting under pressure if various parts of construction, electrotechnical and general purpose, which possess high heat resistance and higher mechanical properties. Composition contains polyamide and filler - crushed wastes of basalt basalt wool. As polyamide it contains polyamide PA 6 in amount 100 wt fr., and as filler - crushed wastes of basalt wool with particle size 40-63 mcm in amount 15 wt fr. Application of the invention ensures increase of composition destructing bending stress by 42%, composition destructing rupture stress by 33%, shock viscosity - by 66% and elasticity module in 3.3 times. ^ EFFECT: application of basalt wool as filler makes it possible to eliminate its utilisation, which is important from both economical and ecological points of view. ^ 1 tbl, 5 ex |
