FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biochemistry and represents antibodies binding human IL-22. The antibodies are characterized by amino acid sequences of VH and VL variable domains. There are also presented: a pharmaceutical composition containing the antibody; an isolated nucleic acid coding the antibody; an expression vector of the antibody; a host cell transformed by the vector; as well as a method for producing the antibody. ^ EFFECT: invention may be effectively used for treating IL-22 mediated disorders. ^ 25 cl, 84 dwg, 13 tbl, 13 ex
