FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns a method of SPE/LC-MS/MS for urine risedronate evaluation. The method involves: a) adding an internal standard solution to an urine sample; b) applying the urine sample on a processed chromatographic column followed by risedronate elution in vacuum; e) evaporating the eluted solution and dissolving for preparing a sample in the form of mixed risedronate and the internal standard; f) analysing the mixture sample in a system of high-pressure liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). ^ EFFECT: provided risedronate evaluation in the urine sample. ^ 16 cl, 4 tbl, 6 dwg
