The low phase noise frequency synthesiser has a phase-locked loop which includes a controlled generator, a controlled generator frequency divider, a phase detector, a charge pumping circuit, a low-pass filter, a reference generator, a reference generator frequency divider, a second phase detector, a second charge pumping circuit, a second low-pass filter, as well as a circuit for controlling and switching capacitors, the input of which is connected to the output of the second low-pass filter and the output is connected to the second input of the controlled generator. ^ EFFECT: high noise-immunity, avoiding complex pre-adjustment and tuning, more capacitor graduations, shorter time for switching capacitors. ^ 2 dwg |
