FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: pressmould for production of packing cords contains matrix and plug, on their affrontee surfaces there are closed annular grooves of semicircular cross-section done forming closed annular shaping seat of circular cross-section upon surfaces coupling. At that, on surfaces of matrix and plug there is a cut as a sector in which two semicylinder insertions are installed pressed by flat side surfaces to cut side surfaces by plate installed with tension between cylindrical surfaces of insertions. At that in central part and on periphery of matrix and plug surfaces and on insertions periphery there are open annular grooves of semicircular cross-section which ends are aligned upon installation of insertions in cut forming single closed annular groove. ^ EFFECT: reducing overall dimensions and reducing labour intensity of production of pressmould for production of packing cords of large diameter. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg |
