PURPOSE: An apparatus for aerosol deposition for a dye-sensitized solar cells and a method thereof are provided to increase electromigration between a solar cell substrate and a photoelectrode by forming a compact photoelectrode blocking layer without pores using an aerosol deposition method. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum chamber(11) forms a room temperature vacuum using a vacuum pump(15). The vacuum chamber and the vacuum pump are connected by a vacuum pump line(14). A dye-sensitive solar cell substrate(13) is arranged on a substrate stage(12). An aerosol deposition unit(20) comprises a carrier gas unit(40) and a nozzle(27). The carrier gas unit comprises a carrier gas source(41) and a carrier gas regulator(45).
