FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and concerns a diagnostic technique for prostate cancer involving sample analysis for the presence and/or the amount of annexin A3 with using a monoclonal antibody specific to annexin A3 of low cross reactivity to the other annexins and aiming at an N-terminal of annexin A3, especially on an epitope in the region of amino acid of 1-16 human annexin A3.
