FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: finger joints are immobilised in a bending position with the use of a mini-apparatus for transosseous osteosynthesis. When creating a flap from a zigzag incision, two common palmar digital arteries are approached in a distal mid-palmar region and two proper palmar digital arteries along an ulnar and radial side of the finger. The most manifested common and proper palmar digital arteries are selected. After the flap is anchored to the defect edges, a degree of flexion are corrected in finger joints depending on the blood supply status of the flap. In a postoperative period, the joints immobilised in the apparatus are gradually unbent. ^ EFFECT: simultaneous closure of the deep wound defect of the palmar surface of fingers including in the presence of anatomic limitations of the flap, a reduced number of postoperative complications. ^ 1 ex, 5 dwg |
