PURPOSE: A double-sided pile fabric and a method for fabricating the same are provided to enable mass production of the pile fabrics and to improve heat insulation and design. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a double-sided pile fabric using compressed air comprises: a step of knitting two sheets of net type basic fabrics(2) with a plurality of breathing holes, which is woven by weft and warp; a step of knitting two sheet of net type basic fabrics in a loop formwith pile yarn; a step of cutting the middle of the pile yarn and separating each net type basic fabric; a step of brushing the pile yarn and forming pile on the surface of the basic fabric; and a step of spraying compressed air to the surface of the basic fabric.
