PURPOSE: A light guide plate and a manufacture method thereof are provided to flow external light to inside without loss by reducing scattered reflection of the light on a light incidence side. CONSTITUTION: A light guide plate(100) comprises a light guide plate main body(110) and a planarization layer(120). The planarization layer is formed on a light incidence side of the light guide plate main body. The planarization layer spreads transparent filler on the light incidence side of the light guide plate main body. The planarization layer controls thickness of the transparent filler.
