PURPOSE: A switchboard consisting of environmentally friendly materials and manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve high durability and flame retardant by using ceramic material. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of vermiculite(30) and pearlite(20) is heated in the range of 800~1200 degree C. After the mixture is melted, silicic acid inorganic binder is mixed with the mixture to form a compound material. The compound material is put into in a thermal press mold(40) to form a case. A drying, polishing and painting process is performed on the case to make a switchboard case. |
