PURPOSE: A method for analyzing mass spectrum for cancer diagnosis is provided to enhance specificity and sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for analyzing mass spectrum for cancer diagnosis comprises: a step of determining a plurality of markers using peaks of first spectrum of one or more glycans from blood of a patient with cancer and peaks of second spectrum of one or more glycans from blood of a patient with cancer(S1); a step of comparing the first and seconds peaks and determining boundary value for each marker(S2); a step of comparing the intensity of plural third peaks corresponding to each marker with the boundary value(S3); a step of determining each third peak is patient tendency or normal tendency(S4); and a step of acquiring cancer progress information of the sample using the number of peaks determined as the patient tendency and normal tendency(S5).
