PURPOSE: An automatic process map generating method is provided to express a configuration diagram of a composition module to remove an error in process map preparation and mathematically generate a transfer path for a solution by Dijkstra's algorithm. CONSTITUTION: The shortest path map capable of transferring a reagent or a radioactive substance between nodes of a network is generated through Dijkstra's algorithm. A process list including information for a chemical reaction and the information for transfer of the reagent and the radioactive substance is inputted(S41). When the information for the transfer exists according to the process list, a process map controlling a valve and a syringe suitable for a moving path generated through the shortest path map is generated(S4). When the information for the chemical reaction exists, the process map controlled holding time and temperature of a furnace is generated.
