PURPOSE: A vacuum pump testing device is provided to freely control a testing position depending on a testing condition, thereby enabling to perform a performance test with respect to vacuum pumps of various specifications. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum pump testing device comprises a vertical frame(120), a horizontal frame(130), a movable plate(140), a chamber(150), a height adjusting unit, and an image output camera. The vertical and horizontal frames are place on a plane and moved on the plane while being supported by a caster(110). The movable plate is placed in a horizontal direction based on the vertical frame. The chamber is joined to a vacuum pump by being seated on the movable plate in order to measure a vacuum level of the vacuum pump with the vacuum pressure of the vacuum pump. The height adjusting unit sets a position of the chamber by moving the movable plate to be satisfied with a vacuum pump specification, thereby testing the vacuum pump. The image output camera is installed in peripheral portions of the vacuum pump and chamber so that a real-time monitoring of a condition for testing the vacuum pump and chamber is possible through a long and short distance communication.
