PURPOSE: A portable water basin capable of throwing out contaminants and food waste through a drain is provided to enable users to wash their hair and faces while lying down. CONSTITUTION: A portable water basin includes top units(10, 20), a middle unit(30), and bottom units(35, 40). The top units, the middle unit, and the bottom units are integrated into one body. A user can sit on a bed or a wheel chair for eating and washing, and discarding contaminants and food waste to a storage unit before throwing out through a drain.
