PURPOSE: A method for installing a sidewalk enlarging device on a slope is provided to stably and safely install a foundation on a slope and to stably install a sidewalk enlarging device on the foundation. CONSTITUTION: A method for installing a sidewalk enlarging device on a slope is as follows. Posts(10) are installed on an area where a sidewalk enlarging device is to be installed at uniform intervals. A curb portion(20) is formed by placing concrete on the tops of the posts. A base(30) is installed on the side surface of the curb portion, and a support beam(40) is installed thereon. Reinforcement members(50) are installed in the support beam, and a reinforcement rib is installed between the reinforcement members. Multiple support pipes(70) are installed on the top of the support beam at uniform intervals, and multiple support plates(80) are horizontally arranged thereon. A shielding member(90) is fixed to the front end of the support beam. A finishing member(100) is installed on the front end of the support beam. Long bolts(122) installed in the curb portion are inserted into bolt holes(112) of a base plate(110). The bottoms of the posts are fixed to the long bolts protruded from the base plate, and multiple pipes(126) are horizontally connected to the posts. A handrail(120) is installed by connecting the tops of the posts using support pipes(128). |
