PURPOSE: A method for preparing a conjugate and nanoparticles is provided to ensure uniform particle distribution and high stability and to enhance solubility. CONSTITUTION: A conjugate for preparing drug delivery nanoparticles contains hydrophilic gelatin, and hydrophobic oleic acid conjugated with gelatin through amide bond. The conjugate further contains folic acid conjugated to the gelatin. A method for preparing gelatin and conjugate containing the gelatin and oleic acid comprises: a step of dissolving the gelatin in water to prepare a solution containing gelatin; and a step of adding colloidal water dispersion solution containing oleic acid and monoethanol amine to the solution containing gelatin. A method for preparing gelatin and a conjugate containing oleic acid and folic acid comprises: a step of dissolving the gelatin in the water to prepare a solution containing gelatin; a step of adding the colloidal water dispersion solution to the solution containing gelatin to prepare a solution containing the gelatin and a first conjugate with oleic acid conjugated with the gelatin; a step of drying and preparing the first conjugate from the solution; a step of adding a buffer solution to the first conjugate; and a step of imide compounds and folic acid to the buffer solution.
