PURPOSE: A muscle exercising apparatus capable of mounting on a seating tool is provided to enable users to smoothly perform the muscle exercise by moving viscous fluid filling back and seating panels. CONSTITUTION: A muscle exercising apparatus capable of mounting on a seating tool includes a seating panel housing(30), a back panel housing(20), viscous fluid(50), at least one pipeline, and a check valve. The seating panel housing is formed with a flexible material, and is mounted on a seating plate of the seating tool(10). The back panel housing is also formed with the flexible material, and is mounted on a back plate of the seating tool. The viscous fluid fills the seating panel housing and the back panel housing. The pipeline connects the seating panel housing and the back panel housing. The check valve is installed on the pipeline.
