PURPOSE: A base assembly for a motor and the motor including the same are provided to increase performance and life span by maximize an extraction force of a pulling plate which prevents over-levitation of a rotation member. CONSTITUTION: A shaft of a motor is installed in a base member(112). A pulling plate(114) is combined with the base member. The pulling plate prevents the over-levitation of a rotating member of the motor. A fixing unit(113) is formed to be projected to the base member. The pulling plate is pressurized to the fixing unit.
