PURPOSE: A training apparatus for rehabilitation enabling users to adjust the tension of a rope is provided to control the training intensity by the age or the body condition of a user. CONSTITUTION: A training apparatus for rehabilitation comprises a supporting plate(110), a tension control unit, a banding unit(130), and a cover container(150). The supporting plate includes a leg contacting surface(115) on the upper side, and a movement stopping member on the lower side. The tension control unit installed on one side of the upper surface of the supporting plate, and includes an elasticity supplying member and a rope. The banding unit is connected to the rope, and is attached to the ankles or wrists of a user. The cover container stores the tension control unit.
