PURPOSE: A leg shunt current detecting device is provided to reduce manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A current-voltage changing unit(310) changes a current inputted from leg shunt resistor into a voltage value. A signal mapping unit(320) amplifies the voltage value according to an amplification ratio and adds offset in an amplified value and maps a determined range value. A circuit protecting unit(330) limits a signal outputted from the signal mapping unit by a constant size. A controlling unit(340) reads the signal outputted from the signal mapping unit and detects the size of an inputted current and controls the offset or the amplification ratio of the signal mapping unit according to the size of the detected current.
