A sealing device adapted for a Iead-through element of a pipe or the like through a structure like a watt, ceiling or floor into or out from a room, ar ranged to be permanently iristalled in a plane parallel to a surface of the structure and to seal off the surrounded aperture between the surface of the tead element and the structure as a walt, ceiling or floor; the sealing device comprises an elastic flexible fIat sheet material impermeable to water with a centralty through hole configured for a lead4hrough element; the flexi ble sheet is arranged between a first and a second flexible outer sheet; the three sheets are bonded in a sealing manner to one another wherein the two outer sheets exterid beyond the periphery of the middle sheet.
