PURPOSE: A ball joint and a device stand including the same are provided to secure the sight of a driver by strongly maintaining an angle adjusted against a vibration or an impact of the outside with the ball joint and the stand. CONSTITUTION: A through hole(32-2) is vertical to a longitudinal direction of a first link(31). The through hole is formed in an axis direction crossing the center of a ball(32). An accommodating portion(33-1) is formed at an end of a second link(33). A through hole(33-2) is formed on the accommodating portion. Maintenance angle adjusting units(39-1,39-2) are inserted into the through holes. The maintenance angle adjusting units lock or release the ball and a joint bar(33) to adjust a maintenance angle of the ball and the second link.
