PURPOSE: A sliding elastic bearing is provided to prevent damage to a sliding elastic pad caused by heat transfer and to disperse and support the load of an upper structure. CONSTITUTION: A sliding elastic bearing comprises a top plate unit, a bottom plate unit, and a sliding elastic pad. The top plate unit is installed on an upper structure of a steel structure. The bottom plate unit is installed on a lower structure of the steel structure. The top and bottom plate units transfer a shear load to the sliding elastic pad. The sliding elastic pad is installed between the top and bottom plate units and absorbs vibration and shock generated in the steel structure. The sliding elastic pad comprises an elastic rubber layer(210), a reinforcement plate(220), and a coating layer. The reinforcement plate is installed inside the elastic rubber layer. The coating layer is formed on one surface of the elastic rubber layer. |
