PURPOSE: A biochip detection apparatus is provided to reduce the number of light detectors by automatically replacing fluorescent filters through which the axis of reflective light passes. CONSTITUTION: A biochip detection apparatus includes a light source part, a light detection part, a multiple filter part, and a controlling part. The light source part generates light with which biochips are radiated. The light detection part detects reflective light from the biochips and converts the reflective light into detection signals. The multiple filter part includes two or more fluorescent filters(770) with different detection wavelengths and transfers either of the fluorescent filters to the vertical direction of the axis of the reflective light. The controlling part controls the multiple filter part.
